Cricket is a International game.Cricket is most popular and interested game.Cricket is a team sport utilizing a bat and a hard ball.It is a played by 22 persons at a time.The field consists of a large circular or oval shaped grassy ground on which the game of cricket is played.These are refixed dimensions for the fields but diameter as usually various between 450 feet and 500 feet.For International matches according to ICC rules.Cricket field must have at least 16000 square yards of grass area,with a straight boundary of about 80 meters.Two wickets are set up in the middle of the field,20 m apart.The wicket consists of three upright places of wood,known as stumps,each 1 m high,on which are placed two short pieces of wood set in the grooves in the top of the upright so as not to project more than a half inch above them.Lines are marked at and in front of each wicket,known respectively as bowling creases and popping creases.
Popping creases are marked four feet in front of the wickets,parallel to it and unlimited in length.Bowling creases are in the line with the stumps,eight feet,eight inches long,including the stumps in the center.The batsmen stand between these creases when striking the ball.
